This is happen with my client, when the space of windows got used up to zero.
What i am doing are :
Move data to another free space drive. Recreate a new user with administrator account. and go to properties to change My document location to other location with more space ( to keep the system space clean ).
And if you also get this messages "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close, The error report gives the following data "szAppName : spoolsv.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2696 szModName : Sr32.dll szModVer : 6.0.909.0 offset : 0001f6a3 "
What i am doing are :
net stop spooler
net start spooler
will clear the queue. If it doesn't, stop the spooler then go to
%windir%\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ and delete the files. Then re-start
the spooler.
Hope you can fix this to with this methode.
